As luck would have it if I didn't put on a new roof I would probably be dealing with leaks because proof was in the pudding, meaning that they showed me pictures of proof that it did need a new roof. Everyone on the team Tom, TJ and Lori we're very pleasant to work with and I trusted them from the get-go. Clean up was like nothing was done here absolutely clear of any debris of any kind. Hiring Maven Roofing was a massive mistake. From start to finish, it was a disaster. The crew was unprofessional—urinating by my window was beyond unacceptable. I chose this company because... read more it was women-owned and veteran-supported, hoping for quality and integrity, but they destroyed my roof in Basking Ridge. The reason I replaced the roof was to add value to my home, but their "remodeling consultant," TJ, was unhelpful and added to the chaos. Nails were left all over my driveway for months—I'm still finding them. Their work caused severe damage, including scratched stucco, roofing debris inside my AC unit, and a broken fan. The dumpster they brought damaged my stone driveway, and they charged an outrageous $330 for each piece of plywood used. I eventually sold the property, but it took months to move past the damage they caused. Recently, I hired a different roofer for my new home in Towaco, and the experience was night and day. That company was professional, efficient, and didn’t expect payment until the work was completed. I regret ever hiring Maven Roofing, especially after being misled by a local Facebook group’s recommendation. This company lacks real expertise in roofing and trades. Supporting women-owned or veteran-led businesses is important, but not at the expense of quality. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.
